ORDER AND PAYMENT POLICY
(1) Please take note that we only entertain serious buyer. Strictly no backouts /exchanges after confirmation.
(2) Payment must be made within 2 days after order had been confirmed. If payment still pending on the third day, your
order will be removed.
(3) Please do not simply amend or cancel your order unless you have concrete reason or-else we are not able to
reserve the item for you next time, hope you can understand our difficulty.
(4) The price is fixed. Price shown is excluding the postage fees. Total payment that needed to be paid will be emailed
to you together with the account number after order is confirmed.
(5) Please be advised that colours might vary slightly from actual product due to photography and caption setting.
Some products shown here may vary slightly in terms of texture or colour from photos.
(6) The size may be vary slightly due to the imprecise measurement. But no worries as it just vary very slightly. For
imported products, measurements are given by our factory. (This applicable to accessories like bags,purses and
belt only. not included the clothes and shoes)
(7) All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any
losses or damages of the package or content during shipment.
(8) Once sold the item are not exchangeable or returnable unless with our permission. If we allow you to exchange or
return, please follow the exchange/ return policy.
(9) Please check the detailed size measurement for individual products before purchasing. We do not accept returns
on the basis of "wrong size." It is your responsibility to choose the most suitable size for you or the individual that
you are buying for.
(10) Remember! Give the correct product code, colour and size when you place
an order. Any misplace will not be
counted as our fault. If you're not
sure about the product code, Please kindly ask us either through the

Return & Exchange
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
(1) Customers need to cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
(2) Items must be return in the original packaging include taps, tag, carton or boxes. If any of these missing, the return
request will not be entertained.
(3) If the request for returning is later than 2 days, we will not entertain it.
If the item is not posted to us back within 2
days from the date of receiving, we will not entertain it.
(4) Damaged item only can be replaced with same item & same color. It is not allowed to replace with other color or
design.
(5) We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit margin scheme in order to provide a
competitive product pricing. Therefore we will not cover the shipping fees for the return and replacement items.
(6) Please take note that items are returnable and exchangeable but are not refundable.
(7) Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exhange and post the item back directly will not be
entertained.
(8) Returnable/Exchangeable items:
- Items that are terribly damage or stained only.
(9) Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable items:
- Minor loose threads (less than 3inch), irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling (less than 3inch), color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket, pattern position)
- Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3inch
- Damage after usage by buyers
- Cannot fit into the clothes, don't like the clothes,bags
- Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exhange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
- Sold Out items are not available for exchange
