(1) Payment must be made within 24 hours after order was
placed. If you're not making any payment after 24 hours,
your order will be deleted without prior notice. If that
happens, you have to place a new order if you wish to
buy it again. However, please remember! If we detect
that you're just trying to play around by pulling a scam,
you'll be blacklisted from being our customers. Please
understand our Terms and Conditions before trying to
do that.
(2) We accept payments made via Online Banking, Offline
Banking and PayPal. The account details will be sent to
you after you place orders. Currently, we used CIMB
Bank as our main account. However, you may request
for the other bank account (if available only) if you have
problem with making payment to our CIMB Bank
account.
(3) You are advised to make payment with the exact
amount of payment because we do not refund the extra
payment. However, we give you 2 choices for that
particular extra payment which are:
# Put it on Donation project: The balance of the
extra payment will be transfer to the Charity Care
Project as a donation from customers.
# A Debit in Royal Sapphires customer's account:
The balance of the extra payment will be debited into the
customer's account at Royal Sapphires and can be used in
the next purchase.
(4) After making payment, please sent the details below to
us (you can also fill in the form at the right side here):

(5) Please noted that your order will not be processed
until you make full payment and send us the
confirmation of payment as said above. Once you've
received our confirmation on receiving your payment, it
means, your orders are now ready to be shipped. For
