The balance of the extra payment will not be refunded, yet, you'll be given 2 options; whether to donate it or transfer to your next order in the future. Most of our items are provided with Free Shipping service to nationwide. However, there are some items which are not included in the free shipping package (Refer to Shiping page). And for those items, we charge a flat rate of shipping fees as follow:
