Shipping Information






(1)    Shipping Process will be done as soon as after we received your payment confirmation. However, please be noted
        that there are some items which will be posted only on the selected days only, according to the suppliers of the
        products (because some products were dropshipped from the suppliers). And for these cases, we'll inform you soon
        after you make the payment.

(2)    The delivery courier that we officially used is Pos Laju Malaysia. However, in some cases, we may use another
        courier such as Kangaroo Express or GDex. Different courier does not affet the flat rate of shipping fees as stated
        below.

(3)    We charge customers with a flat rate of shipping fees below:
           # Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7 for the first item (+ RM 5 for each additional items)
           # Sabah/Sarawak: RM 10 for the first item (+ RM 8 for each additional items)

(4)    However, when customers make purchases with the total of RM 200 and above, the flat rate of shipping fees is not
        implemented. When they make purchases of RM 200 and above, they are entitled for the free shipping services. So,
        during the checkout process, the shipping fees will be 0.00 when the total of orders is RM 200 and above.

(5)    We are really sorry because at this moment, we do not provide any shipping services outside Malaysia. It means, we
        will not entertain customers from outside Malaysia until we decide to widen our business in the future. 

(6)    Please be informed that we strictly do not provide Cash On Delivery services yet at this moment. However,
        InsyaAllah, We will consider to provide the services if there is a lot of requests from customers to do so.

(7)    The tracking code will be given to you soon after we post your parcel. However, we will not update the tracking
        code on website to prevent the parcel thieving. It will be given either through email, Whatsapp or SMS and you need
        to alert about that.
